Founder and General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Pastor William Kumuyi, has stated that Nigeria’s future can only improve if citizens genuinely believe in God and live according to His will.
The renowned cleric made the remarks while addressing worshippers during a recent church programme, where he stressed that true national transformation begins with individual moral responsibility, obedience, and righteousness.
According to Pastor Kumuyi, Nigeria’s numerous challenges cannot be resolved solely through government policies, political reforms, or changes in leadership. Instead, he emphasized the need for a spiritual and moral awakening among the people.
“Nigeria will be better if we believe and do the will of God,” Kumuyi said, urging Christians to reflect God’s values through honesty, compassion, and integrity in their daily lives.
He further encouraged believers to remain steadfast in prayer for the nation and its leaders, noting that prayer must go hand in hand with upright living and active participation in nation-building.
The respected preacher concluded by calling on Christians across the country to remain hopeful and committed to doing good, insisting that lasting national change is possible when faith is put into action.
