Trials Help Believers Grow Spiritually

During her sermon, Pastor Evelyn Joshua preached from James 1:2–8. She encouraged believers to see trials as opportunities for spiritual growth.

According to her, faith becomes stronger when Christians trust God during difficult moments.

She also urged believers to show love to God and to others.

“Christians should express love to God and others. Love is a powerful force that brings peace, hope and positive change,” she said.

She added that salvation remains a gift from God. Therefore, believers must stay firm in their faith even when facing pressure.

Emmanuel TV Marks 20 Years of Global Impact

Emmanuel TV was founded by the late Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua. Over the years, it has grown into a global Christian television network.

Today, the channel reaches millions of viewers through satellite broadcasting, online streaming, and social media platforms.

Reflecting on the journey, Pastor Evelyn Joshua described the anniversary as proof of resilience and faith in God’s purpose.

She recalled that the ministry once faced uncertainty when the late prophet’s program was removed from national television.

That challenge eventually led to the creation of Emmanuel TV as an independent Christian network.

Ministry Remains Committed to Evangelism

Despite criticism and challenges over the years, Pastor Evelyn Joshua said the ministry remains focused on its evangelistic mission.

The network continues to promote its message: “Changing Lives, Changing Nations and Changing the World.”

She encouraged believers to remain committed to faith and love while supporting the ministry’s vision.
