Kumuyi Charges Nigerian Leaders to Lead a National Turning Point

Kumuyi charges Nigerian leaders to become agents of positive change through personal transformation and godly leadership.

The General Overseer of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, William Kumuyi, made this call after arriving at the Port Harcourt International Airport. He spoke ahead of the Global Crusade themed “Turning Point.”

The crusade will hold at the Deeper Life Campground in Rumudara, on the outskirts of Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

Kumuyi Charges Nigerian Leaders to Start Change From Within

Speaking to journalists, Kumuyi stressed that national transformation begins with individual renewal. He said leaders must first experience a personal turning point before expecting change in the nation.

“Turning point is God’s direction for individuals,” he said. “When individuals change, they influence their communities. When leaders experience change, governance and policies improve.”

He explained that God transforms lives first. Transformed lives then influence society. According to him, this process can reshape communities and strengthen the economy.

Kumuyi Charges Nigerian Leaders on Legacy and 2027 Elections

As Nigeria approaches the 2027 general elections, Kumuyi charges Nigerian leaders to think about the legacy they will leave behind.

He urged those in authority to seek divine wisdom and pursue policies that benefit citizens long term.

“Leaders and followers should desire a turning point,” he said. “An inward change will always produce outward results.”

He added that history will judge leaders by their actions and impact.

“Actions of individuals will be judged by the legacies they leave,” Kumuyi stated.

Esther Kumuyi Encourages Hope

Also speaking, Mrs. Esther Kumuyi encouraged participants to remain hopeful despite current challenges.

She assured Nigerians that God still provides solutions to both personal and national problems.

“No matter the challenges, God is able to solve the problems of those who believe in Him,” she said.

Through this message, Kumuyi charges Nigerian leaders to embrace renewal, demonstrate integrity, and lead Nigeria toward lasting transformation.
